Fish cutlets

Ingredients

Minced fish: pollock fillet 350 g. + trout fillet 150 g.
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
1 middle-sized bulb of onion
1 teaspoon of mayonnase
3 pieces of bread
milk - 1/4 glass
1 egg
2 sprigs of dill
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe

Pre-soaked bread in milk and mince it with onion. Add to the minced fish.

Then add the egg, mayonnaise, finely chopped dill, pepper and salt.

Mix the stuffing thoroughly. And repel.

Form cutlets in breadcrumbs.

Fry on both sides in vegetable oil and leave under a lid on low heat for 10 minutes.
