Ingredients:
Chicken force-meat – 660 g
Bulb onion – 130 g
Potato – 130 g
White bread - 30 g
Milk – 35 ml
Bread crumbs - 100 g
Oil – 200 g
Dill – 10 g
Salt, pepper - to taste.

For 10 servings

Chicken cutlets making:
Mince onions, potatoes and put on a sieve. Soak white bread in milk, squeeze and mince. Chop dill. Mix all the ingredients, stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make rolls 75 g each. Form cutlets, roll them in bread crumbs. Fry on both sides until golden crust. Then put in the oven under T 160 ° for 8-10 minutes.
