Stuffed peppers

For 10 servings
Ingredients:

Pork (ham) - 500 g
Rice – 70 g
Carrots – 130 g
Bulb onion – 140 g
Poblano peppers - 540 g
Tomatoes – 50 g
Garlic – 5 g
Vegetable oil – 100 g
Salt, pepper, spices – to taste.


Recipe

How to make stuffing:
Mince pork, rinse rice and cook until halve done. Grate carrots (70 g), cut onions into halve-rings, fry. Mix the ingredients. Add salt, pepper, spices.


Preparation of peppers:
Remove seeds. Put stuffing into peppers.


Preparation of vegetables:
Cut carrots (60 g) into rings. Dice onions (60 g). Cut tomatoes into 4 pieces. Force garlic through a garlic press.

Pour oil in a heated pot, add the vegetables. Place stuffed peppers above. Pour boiling water, salt. Cover with plate. Cook for 20 minutes over high heat.

Serve with sour cream and greens. Bon appétit!
