RecipeFor 10 servings Dough – 560 g, filling – 400 g, oil – 140 g, egg – 1 Knead the dough until it becomes elastic. Divide in two parts. Roll out one halve and brush with melted butter. Wait until it hardens. Roll out another halve and put it on the first one. Roll up the pastry. Cut into pieces 56 g each. Dice ham and beef 1,5 cm. Slice onions. Mix meat with onions. Distribute the filling on the pastry, seal to form triangle buns. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in the oven under T 180 °. Brush cooked samosa with oil. Bon appétit!
