Pastry with currant

For 10 servings
Ingredients:

Margarine – 180g
Sugar – 120g
Egg – 1
Vanilla sugar – 1,5g
Wheat flour – 300g


Filling:

Cottage cheese – 255g
Sugar – 45гр.


Ingredients for jelly:

Fruit jelly – 25g
Cold water (boiled) – 250g


Recipe

Preparation of dough:

Beat margarine with sugar and egg to make puffy dough, then add vanilla sugar and flour gradually so that the dough becomes elastic.

Preparation of curd filling:

Mix cottage cheese with sugar.

Приготовление желе:

Put jelly in water and wait until it swells. Then heat it up on the stove constantly mixing it, do not boil it.

Приготовление корзиночек:

Put the dough evenly into baking molds (60 g), put curd filling (30 g) on the dough, and bake in the baking oven for 15-20 minutes at C°180 until they become golden-brown. Leave them to chill. Place berries on top (40 g), pour hot jelly, and put in the fridge for 30 min.
