RecipeBring chicken to the boil, cook over low heat. Remove scum in the process of cooking. Cut vegetables in halves, put on a heated dry pan for a while. Add vegetables some 6-7 minutes before doneness. Add dill 2 minutes before doneness. Strain the broth. Dice chicken, add broth, salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream. Bon appétit!
