Mushroom soup

For 10 servings
Ingredients:

King bolete – 250 g
Field mushrooms – 300 g
Potato – 300 g
Bulb onion – 150 g
Pearl barley – 20 g
Vegetable oil – 15 g
Salt, pepper – to taste


Recipe

How to make broth:
Boil king bolete over low heat. Remove scum in the process of cooking. Cook mushrooms until halve done, then put them on the sieve. Strain broth.

Put potato in the boiling broth. Add fried mushrooms and onions.

Serve with sour cream. Bon appétit!
